When the privilege of leadership is given to you, no one can truly prepare you for the amount of daily personal growth that comes with it. The exposed inner fears you never knew you had. Daily.

The mini-victories that keep you going. High five yourself. You need it for fuel. They are your saving grace.

When you are called out on what you need to improve on. Note it down. Take it personally but with a different lens. As an indicator of the steps that will lead you to your best self.
